What you’ll actually do:
• Build and scale FTL & LTL business with a focus on dense-weight customers
• Own customers end-to-end — from first call to repeat billing
• Drive lanes across West–East & East–West India
• Work closely with operations to deliver what you sell
• Be accountable for revenue, margins, and collections

Are you an accounting professional looking to grow in the fast-paced logistics sector? We are expanding our finance team and looking for a proactive Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounts and support our nationwide logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily accounting entries in Tally
- Manage Accounts Receivable & Payable
- Bank, vendor & client reconciliations
- Prepare GST & TDS workings and coordinate with CA
- Generate invoices, e-way bills, and manage LR/billing documentation
- Follow up with customers for payments
- Support monthly closing & MIS reports

Requirements
- B.Com or similar commerce background
- 2–5 years of accounting experience (logistics/transport experience is a plus)

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a Revenue Operations (RevOps) Manager to build and optimize the systems, processes, and technology that power our commercial operations.
About the Role
This is a strategic, high-impact position reporting directly to the Founder.
The Revenue Operations Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing the company's sales infrastructure, CRM, reporting, automation, and business processes. The ideal candidate is passionate about building efficient systems that enable sales teams to perform at their highest potential.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving business problems through technology, automation, data, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Strategy & Administration
Own and manage the company's CRM ecosystem (Zoho CRM / Begin by Zoho).
Configure pipelines, modules, workflows, automations, and user permissions.
Ensure CRM data integrity and adoption across the organization.
Develop scalable CRM processes aligned with business objectives.
Sales Process Design
Design and optimize the complete customer journey:
Lead Generation
Lead Qualification
Sales Pipeline
Quotation
Customer Onboarding
Post-Sales Handover
Build and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all commercial activities.
Continuously improve the efficiency of the sales process.
Automation & Technology
Build workflow automations to eliminate manual tasks.
Implement reminders, notifications, approvals, and lead routing.
Integrate CRM with other business applications where appropriate.
Evaluate and implement AI tools to improve sales productivity and customer engagement.
Business Intelligence & Reporting
Develop dashboards and reports covering:
Sales Pipeline
Lead Conversion
Revenue Forecasting
Win/Loss Analysis
Sales Performance
Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
Customer Lifetime Value (LTV)
Team Productivity
Business KPIs
Present actionable insights to leadership for strategic decision-making.
Sales Enablement
Support the sales team with CRM best practices and process improvements.
Train users on CRM functionality and adoption.
Improve sales productivity through better tools and workflows.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Required Skills
1-3 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, CRM Administration, or Business Operations.
Strong hands-on experience with Zoho CRM, Begin by Zoho, or the Zoho One ecosystem.
Experience implementing CRM systems from the ground up.
Strong understanding of B2B sales processes.
Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
Advanced Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets skills.
Strong problem-solving and project management abilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
